Salesman was very friendly and helpful. Sale went very smoothly up until time for delivery. I was told the , the tech was riding to make sure she runs beautifully for you, then service department could not locate my unit, then, Oh, we thought you were pulling to the loading dock. The sale was completed and the dealer had my money by 4:30 pm, My machine was not loaded onto my trailer until 6:15 pm. No one department communicates clearly with the other. 1 Hour and 45 min waiting for delivery was a little ridiculous. (Employee: Chris Humphrey)
