I ordered a belt for a 2008 can am Spyder sm5. I received a confirmation email of my order and an email that said thanks for ordering. However, I did not receive an email or call that my order had came in the shop so I could come get it. I had to call a few times in the same day to keep checking on if my belt had arrived yet. After I was told fed ex and UPS had been dropped off for the day I was informed my order didn't arrive and to check back the next day. Over 2 hours later that same day, I received a call from the shop that said my order did in fact come in and they missed it when they was checking in the orders. I kept being told I would receive an email, etc letting me know my order came in. I NEVER received anything. Parts department are all awesome people to deal with. The issue wasn't on them. The issue was I never received an electronic notification about my order which would have been nice, especially when that's what I was told. So apparently y'all's electronic delivery system about orders arriving to y'all's shop is flawed. Other than that, everything else is great. Great people, service, quality, etc. Keep up the good work. Just please try to fix y'all's electronic system. Thanks.
