I just wanted to say these 4 guys are outstanding individuals. I have been buying machines from Sloans since 2004. Jamie Mitchell sold me my first one and has sold me many more over the years. I congratulate him for his promotion within Sloans and he personally recommended Jason Richardson to me over the last year. Jason R. has been an honor to meet. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about what he sales along with complete honesty about pros and cons of things. I got to know David McCormick through these other 2 gentlemen and he to has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. Sloans has been my go to since 2004 and will be moving forward whether I make a purchase or not. Drew Christiansen in parts and apparel is well knowledged in the after market world of parts and accessories. He to has been a real pleasure to talk to and do business with. When I come into Sloans for upgrades and Drew is off for the day, a lot of times I leave and come back when he is available. Keep up the outstanding customer service but to do that I think that you should keep these 4 guys in Sloan's no matter what it takes. The only thing that needs to be worked on is your labor rate for service. 125 an hour is somewhat insane but still will not deter other business from me. Thank you.
