Good experience buying from them needs improvement in the service department
Just want to say thank you to everyone at sloans your awsome and plan to buy again. But I will say that my 3 star isn't a 5 because of the technicians they do a great job love their work. My only complain is I ordered my parts and paid for them it took some time to get the parts wich isnt their fault. It is a new bike so I get that but I got charged for check engine light diagnostic when it only had 150 or so miles on it with no modifications but I was told that mice could crawl in it and eat wires and thats on me if it did . Well didnt have mice in my garage and that wasn't the case .when I drop the bike off they didn't know I had parts there and were paid for as well as why it was originally there for check engine and the traction control stop working the same time check engine light came on. Went to pick it up paid the bill and the diagnostic charge was still there . I ask the nice gentleman why I was being charge diagnostic fee . He didn't know that it was there for the check engine light or what was done to the bike but what was on the bill . The woman the wrote the ticket up was next to him and didn't chime in and let him know she knew some of the info on the service it got and watch me pay for something I shouldnt have . I talked with her and asked why the diagnostic charge she said just in case I had modifications or if a mouse chewed on wires I said no to both theres no damage . She said if it wasn't my fault or because of modifications i wouldn't have to pay it Well i got charged and felt after a day that wasn't right and talked to a tech and he said I shouldn't have had to pay and refunded my money. Dude was awsome fix that sloans because thise things matter when making a decision on where I get my next bike after this one . Once again thank you for an awsome bike and awsome techs and the financing department and more.
