Disappointing experience
First of all I want to say that prior to this experience I have purchased a 4 wheeler and a SxS from Sloans and my experience was great. However I must say that I was extremely disappointed in the treatment I receive recently. I came into the store on Friday to buy a SxS I was shown 2 different models a Kawasaki Mule and a Can Am Defender. I liked both but for different reasons but I wanted to see the final pricing on each so I requested them. I hung aroung on Friday but it was getting close to closing so I said I would be back the next day. I came back on Saturday morning and I again requested the pricing from David Anderson as I had my eye on the Kawasaki I waited and waited and I kept hearing give me 15 minutes or I am almost done I was there for over 3 hours and still did not get my pricing so I could decide one way or the other. As I was waiting I saw another couple start looking at the same one I had been looking at and before I could get any pricing they had purchased it out from under me. I understand that the sales guy was helping someone else but I should have been handed to another salesman that could have assisted me. This was by far the worst experience I had ever received at Sloans. To top off the experience I went back and got pricing on a Can am and after I saw the price I asked David to go back and see if there was any room to drop it a bit. The response was that they could not and that the owner would rather sell it to someone else at the asking price than to discount it further for me a repeat customer.
