Adrian and David provided the best possible experience for me and my wife. 1. Adrian is truly the Vespa Queen, she took time to totally explain the operation of the Vespa that we had selected. She is extremely knowledgeable about the product. She is very friendly and extremely courteous. I noticed that while we were waiting for our paper work to be completed. Another customer was being quite rude, and Adrian handled the situation like a true professional. 2. David did an amazing job in pulling all of our paper work together, he even took the time to explain different payment options that were available to us. He was all very helpful in explaining the extended warranty program and how it was beneficial for us. We had originally planned on not taking the extended warranty, but after David's thorough explanation it made all the sense in the world to take advantage of the opportunity to add this coverage.
