I had a 3 1/2 hour trailer trip to bring my Tuono for the 12,000 mile valve check and Kate was awesome from the very beginning. Extremely fast in response to all emails, she itemized each price up front which was in line with other Aprilia dealers. She helped me schedule an appointment and even though it was her day off when I arrived she continued to correspond with me making sure everything went according to plan. The whole valve check and brake fluid swap took 7 hours and I had A LOT of valves out of spec. Mechanic even snapped a picture of my soon-to-be-failing stator just to give me a heads up. On the way out they sent two employees to help me load and tie down my bike for the trailering back home.
